The Organizational Effectiveness Research Group offers a wide range of customized management consulting services. B507 created an individualized experience including language selection with translations and subtitles in Spanish, a customized certificate of completion, an instructor and a decision prompt following the lecture. B507 also created the “Happy Path Video.” This was a 3-5 minute video exemplifying an optimal path of communication through the warehouse, transition clips to be played between scenario pages, images of students in J&B uniforms as model instructors, and miscellaneous b-roll footage played throughout the platform.
