UMC

Organizational Effectiveness Research Group

B507 was approached by UMC to create and e-learning course that would aid UMC’s managers and leaders to understand the five major methods for increasing compliance behavior.

Ultra Machining Company (UMC), A branch of The Organizational Effectiveness Research Group (OERG), offers a wide range of management consulting services. OERG helps organizations select, train, engage, and develop employees. OERG also emphasizes fast, data-driven, and customized solutions.

B507 helped UMC create an e-learning course to help the managers and leaders learn more about compliance and transmit that information to other employees. B507 created a login page which then, after a successful login, transferred the employee to a welcome page to explain the required steps of completion in the e-learning course. Each of the 6 modules had pictures of UMC employees, a video, different learning components with their respective pages, an audio feature to enable users to learn more about compliance with transcript text, steps that the user should take to apply what they learned, and a quiz. When the users pass the quiz, they can go to the homepage and realize that the module they just learned changed color. Once they complete all the modules and pass the final test, they will receive a certificate of completion with their name on it.
